Being a Member

Membership of the Artillery Club is confined to serving and retired commissioned officers of the Permanent Defence Force, the Army Reserve or An Fórsa Cosanta Áitiúil, who are, or were, members of the Artillery Corps at any time during their service with the Defence Forces.

Members subscribe to the Club’s mission and objectives, and have the Club’s interest at heart.

Membership enhances knowledge of the Irish Artillery Corps coupled with influencing the  integrity of the Artillery Club.

The control and direction of the Club’s policy and affairs, subject to the provision of the Club’s Rules, is vested in the ordinary membership of the Club, as expressed in motions adopted at the Club’s Annual General Meeting.

Active membership provides the opportunity of supporting the Club’s objectives, and fully participate in Club activities.
