Members of the Artillery Club and the Wider Artillery Community
The Artillery Club’s Committee extends Christmas Greetings to all members of the Club, especially those who are deployed overseas serving in the cause of peace, and to the wider Artillery Community who supported the Club in the advancement of its objectives during 2019.
The photograph used in the E-card is of one of the two Sikh cannons, captured during the Anglo – Sikh wars, flanking the entrance to the Defence Forces Headquarters Officers’ Mess.
A total of 595 Defence Forces personnel will spend Christmas overseas in 13 countries and in 14 missions serving with UN, EU, NATO – PfP and OSCE.
Personnel include 59 Gunners of all Ranks who are Keeping Those Limbers Rolling Along….
