Annual General Meeting
The Artillery Club’s 2017 Annual General Meeting will take place by kind permission of the GOC 2 Brigade, in the Auditorium, School of Catering, McKee Barracks Dublin at 1130hrs, on 01 December. Coffee will be available in the Officers’ Mess from 1030hrs. Draft Agenda is below.
Saint Barbara’s Day Lunch
The Annual Saint Barbara’s Day Lunch will take place in the Mess Dining Room at 1330hrs.
Attendance
For ease of entry into McKee Barracks, please notify the Club’s Secretary Comdt Lar Joye (larjoye@gmail.com) (086 8605678) of your intention to attend, NLT Friday, 24 November. Apologies should also be made to the Club Secretary, as appropriate. Please include Club President in emails to Secretary regarding AGM: ppakenham@eircom.net
Booking and Payment for Lunch
In order to facility lunch bookings and for administrative purposes, it is requested that the cost of the lunch, €30 including wines, be paid NLT Friday, 24 November directly to the Club’s Treasurer: Colonel Tom O’Callaghan, The Military College, Curragh, County Kildare.
Alternatively, payment of the €30 can be executed by SEPA transfer to The Artillery Club’s Bank Account, Bank of Ireland Kildare Town, NLT Friday 25 November.
