The theme for the 2020 Defence Forces Review is: ‘The global island: Strategic implications for Irish defence planning in the evolving geopolitical landscape.’The 2020 Defence Forces Review will be published in collaboration with Dublin City University (DCU), The Review will be launched in conjunction with an Academic Seminar held at DCU in December 2020.The Editorial Team for the 2020 Review has invited papers across a broad disciplinary and multi-disciplinary spectrum looking at the evolution of contemporary threats and opportunities and their implication for military strategic planners in three key domains: National, European and Global.
